‘Two Nocturnes & A Maze’ UK premiere, North York Moors

My horn trio, Two Nocturnes and a Maze, is being given its UK premiere this Thursday 20th August at the North York Moors Chamber Music Festival, with horn player Benjamin Goldscheider, violinist Benjamin Baker, and pianist Daniel Lebhardt. The concert also features music by by Schumann, Kurtág, Beethoven, Schubert and Jörg Widmann. 

The piece was originally written for Musikdorf Ernen, where I was Composer-in-Residence for the 2022 festival.
