‘Two Nocturnes & A Maze’ premiere plus more at Musikdorf Ernen

The beautiful Musikdorf Ernen festival in Switzerland is starting this month, and I am Composer-in-Residence for the 2022 festival. I’ve written two new pieces being premiered – a new horn trio and a reworking of a viol piece by Monsieur de Sainte-Colombe for five lower strings. In addition, three earlier pieces of mine will be performed:

- Alessandro D’Amico & Lilli Maijala (violas), Chiara Enderle Samatanga & Nadja Reich (celli) & Jordi Carrasco Hjelm (double bass) premiere Prelude (after Monsieur de Sainte-Colombe), 8 Aug, Stockalperschloss Rittersaal, Brig
- The Davidoff Trio perform my Piano Trio “The Chronophage”, 11 Sep, Tellenhaus, Ernen
